COMMUNITY gardens will be established in Bayside as part of a council neighbourhood development initiative.
The council endorsed a draft community garden policy at a meeting on November 27. Residents and organisations are invited to take part in the consultation process between now and February.
Mayor Stephen Hartney said it was important that such an initiative benefits from community consultation.
